Water not only boosts the metabolism, but will help you feel fuller longer – so you’re not always binging on bad foods. The many other benefits of water are endless: soft clean clear skin and so on.

Spicy foods are also good for boosting metabolism. There are a variety of different spices you can choose. so pick the ones that you like best. So many zesty foodstuffs to choose – from peppers to garlic to cumin seed to paprika. However, the more pungent seasonings tend to work the best.
