The typical person with a “victim “Mentality constantly whines and asks, “Why can’t I lose weight? Or, if I could only lose some weight!” The good old “poor me” scenario.
How about you? Do you really want to lose weight? Or are you a serial liar about really doing something to be less fat? Look around. Have you encircled yourself with like-minded “comfort people”> a bunch of whiners and losers> mostly heavy set, fat, lethargic individuals?
What are the positive returns on that investment? Fake sympathy and more face stuffing. Lots of parties where the requirements are: negligible oversize garments, being able to binge/overeat and no physical activity necessary.
Here’s what you need to do.
Start asking better questions. Be true to yourself. Put aside 30 minutes daily for weight loss introspect resolution. Sit down in a quiet place. Get pen and paper and forget everything else. If you see your mind wondering to something other than your health and well-being, gently bring it back to what you are trying to focus on and tackle: losing weight and only weight loss related issues.
Some resolutions.
No more a serial liar about trying to find true effective ways to manage your life better. No more yo-yo dieting. No more dreaming. No more buying diets after diets; that you only use half way. No more dwelling on why things are not working. Most of us already know how and what must be done. Only consistent and persistent application on your part is missing.
You cannot change the past but can influence the future that your body will be in. What is it going to be? You decide. The same old fat overweight slob or a new you. Time to take action.
In the U.S many individuals have been brainwashed about the meaning of a holiday. People just use “holiday time” as a poor excuse to overspend, buying rubbish and stuffing themselves with enormous amount of junk food. They eat so much that they do not have any energy to recuperate. They need a holiday to get over the holiday. No energy. No momentum. No desire. Nothing left. Too lazy to even get dressed. Lots of long painful trip to the bathroom.
Why did you do that to yourself? And now you start rambling with your fat/ overweight friends about your terrible, pitiful physical state: hush, hush conversations about bloating, constipation and so on. Maybe even a few tasteless jokes. What a shame.
With this type of behavior, for sure you’ve been a serial liar about really, effectively losing weight, toning your body and make a much needed way of life change possible. Nobody’s saying to completely change your eating habit or lifestyle overnight.
Here’s a list of 9 powerful questions for you:
1. What successes have I been able to achieve in the last 12 months?
2. How did I achieve them?
3. What have been some failures/blunders?
4. What did I learn?
5. How did I deal with these setbacks?
6. What must I do differently now to achieve my dream?
7. What do I want my life to be: physically, emotionally?
8. If I get sick or become disable, who will take care of me?
9. Do my friends really care about my appearance?
Do not be a serial storyteller about your over weight situation again. A little or a lot is still too much. Only you and your diary will know. Maybe the mirror too. Sincere answers will give you tremendous clearness and vision to quickly and effectively achieve your goals.

Eep. thats tricky. I’m sure this diet has had negative effects on your body to go along with the ONLY Weight loss program. I would definitely consult your physician. How it sounds to me is that you are kind of stuck on this diet which inst good .but you cannot remain on it or else you will get yourself into a whole other mess. trust me, you don’t want to go there. Going back to eating normally can be unhealthy too. Gaining weight back rapidly is bad for your health. If you re -feed healthfully, you may not gain as much weight back.Your doctor should work with you with refeeding. They can help your mind and your body get used to having normal amounts of food in it..kind of like what happens with people with ED’s. Hopefully this has helped a bit and hopefully you can get healthy again. Best of luck!!
